If you have recently shopped at Walgreens, take advantage of the WagCares.Com survey today. In an attempt to improve their customer service Walgreens is offering an online survey that will both help them while giving you the opportunity to win $3000. The survey is quick, easy and online ready to be completed at your convenience.

This survey will allow Walgreens to improve product selection, customer service and new business locations for future stores. This particular survey will require some personal information to be competed. This information includes your personal name, home address, phone number and email address.

What is required to take the Wagcares.com Customer Survey

  • You must be a legal United States Resident and be 18 years or older at the time of entry
  • Computer or mobile device with internet access
  • A recent receipt from a participating Walgreens Store

How to Complete the Online Survey

  • Visit wagcares.com
  • Select your preferred language
  • Enter the survey number along with the password that is printed on your receipt.
  • Click Take Survey
  • Answer the next series of questions on the survey honestly and to the best of your ability. All questions much be completed before you can move on to the next part of the survey
  • After the survey has been completed in full, you will then be asked to fill out a form for their $3000 sweepstakes. The drawing to win $3000 is not mandatory, you can opt out of entering the contest, simply close your browser to exit.

  1. One very important thing walgreens needs to improve is there drivethru service they are very very slow and will have you sitting at the window for awhile before they say just a minute or one moment.

    I have nothing but compliments to your staff at the Walgreens in Port St. John, Fl. Everytime I go to shop, there is always someone alert enough to ask if I need help – as usually I look bewildered if I can’t find an item. Your members are extremely couteous, friendly and polite. I look forward to your ads and finding something “I need!” Keep up the good work.

    Services from my local Walgreens in Lindenhurst, illinois are always great.

  5. I agree about the drive through window at the RX dept. I work till 4pm and most times there is a line too long for me to wait. The drive through window is supposed to be fast and convienent, but most times I end up sitting in line for 15 – 30 minutes at that time. It’s not open in the am when I’m going to work. Just a suggestion but you should open the second window and have 2 attendants working at a time.

    The Pharmacists at your Westtown Middletown DE store are supere! John and Kim are alwasy so helpful, kind and caring and have been extremely helpful withall of our requests. They are the nicest people to work with and have attend to your needs. Also the cosmetic counter lady (Kathy?) was extremely kind and courteous to us on severalof our visits. It is pleasure to shop at the store because the people are always so nice – keep hiring outstanding people like the ones mentioned above. If you want to look good- surround yourself with good people – obviously Walgreens has learned that valuble lesson.
