How To Fill Out Survey

  1. Visit the United Texas’ Website and go to the Albertson’s Customer Satisfaction Survey.
  2. Enter the United Texas location that your receipt was received from.
  3. Enter the date of your visit as well as the cashier number.  All of this information is available on the receipt.
  4. You will be asked for your email address so that follow up information can be sent.
  5. The survey will then ask you basic questions about your shopping experience at United Texas.
  6. Hit the complete button and choose to enter the sweepstakes.
